ETHOS

It is our ethos that all teachers, learning mentor (s) and other staff work extremely hard to ensure that each pupil is content at school, and is making good progress.  It is paramount that staff makes an effort to always ask the pupil how they are feeling in order that any issue can be dealt with before it escalates into something serious hence affects their educational achievements.  Although we are not a Faith school are morals are founded on Spiritual values namely love, faith and forgiveness.

EDUCATION FOR LIFE

Education can be described as a structured learning process and is  the means of developing oneself as an individual both academically and personally; hence it is a valuable ‘life experience.’

The R.Y.A.N. Education Academy believes that excellent education is about more than academic achievement alone: it is also about developing a passion for learning, capacity for independent thinking, moral values, self-confidence without arrogance, and genuine interests that extends beyond the confines of the classroom. We believe that the virtues of tolerance, understanding, respect and courtesy really matter. We strive to ensure that R.Y.A.N.
